1.   How long have you had this issue?
2.   Does it happen when you try to access any particular website? 
Step 1: 
Check what happens in safe mode with networking:

Click Reset to confirm the operation.

Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions option in the Settings box.

Click Apply, click OK.
