Despite Fixit saying my printer is working fine, it wont print now even though it printed perfectly before.

Printer worked perfectly ,but since installing an non HP cartridge refill , it hasn'nt printed, So I installed an expensive HP one & it still wont print.
Tried FIXIT & it says the printer is working fine.
Very frustrating!
