Changing virtual memory

I have 6GB of RAM/  I am trying to optimize my performance by changing the virtual memory.
 My OS is Windows 7.
 What should i put into the initial box and maximum box in the virtual memory box to complete the optimization

These values have little effect on system performance.
 
In order to take a full memory dump, the initial pagefile size should be RAM + 300MB.
The maximum size depends on your work load.
The RAM plus maximum pagefile must be large enough to contain all the committed memory of all the processes you have running
simultaneously.
You can use Process Explorer to find out your peak commit level from the Memory tab on the System Information display.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
