I have a workbook with multiple pivot tables...i created one pivot table, then copied it (to ensure when a new calculated field is added, it gets added to each copy automatically).  The pivot table i sourced from an external data source (ODBC).  My question
is, if I refresh the data source (instead of refreshing a pivot table), shouldnt the source refresh and pass through to each pivot table simultaneously?  That does not seem to be the case; I refresh the data source, and then each pivot table refreshes one
by one.  Is there a way around this?  I just thought that after refreshing the source, any pivot tables linked to that source would be immediately (quickly and simultaneously) refreshed after the data source was refreshed...
