Display the month in a date as text

I am trying to display the text month only from a date in different cell.
The MONTH() function only brings back the numeric value.
Is there anyway to convert this to text ie 2 = February?

Let's say the date is in A1.
 
Option 1: in the other cell, enter the formula =A1 and format the cell with the custom number format mmmm.
 
Option 2: in the other cell, enter the formula =TEXT(A1,"mmmm")

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
