When I create a directory in Word 2007, each receipient is on a separate page.  How do I get them to concatenate?

You appear not to have selected a Directory type merge but instead a Letter merge.
Or possibly the mail merge main document has a manual page break after the merge fields?

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Restart your computer.
