Computer keeps getting the BSOD

My computer is less than a month old, ever since I have had it It has been crashing.
It often changed the reason that it has crashed, but the main thing it says is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.
I have tried to upload the minidump and memory dump files onto the
public skydrive but it says I need to be an administrator.
