Done, but with errors on page on Internet Explorer status bar

Original title: Yellow Information Icon on all Internet Ex.
pages
When accessed, responce is "Done, but with errors on page." Double click it again and it says Errors on this webpage may cause it to work incorrectly.
Click the details box and it says: Unspecified Error, nxt line says,webtrends.js line 389, Code: 0, Char:3,
and then give the full url.
I have uninstalled IE 8 and Reistalled.
This did not fix the problem either.
Any suggestions?

Using Windows troubleshooter:

Click on Search on Charm bar and type Troubleshooting. Click on the very first option.
A new window will open. Click View all from the left pane.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on Windows update.
Troubleshooter window for Windows update will pop up. Click on NEXT. It may ask you for administrative permission.
The troubleshooter will automatically detect problems and fix it.
Now, close this window and try download/install the app which was previously showing error.

I have created a nomination form that includes several different award categories. I have inserted a drop down list and I would like to be able to automatically display the award critera and information on how to apply for just the award that the user selects.
I can't use mail merge I don't think because the form will be sent out to people who won't have access to a source document.
Can this be done? If so, please share instructions.
I am using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010.

I am trying to purchase a new laptop but I have a program on my old one which utilizes Cuda software in the video card. I got the specs on this new laptop I might get, the HP Probook 6570b, and it lists Video as 512 MB ram Direct X 1, anyone out there
help me decipher this jargon?? I was told don't get a new laptops unless it has Cuda software in the video card. Thanks
