How Can I Fix - Add link(hyperlink) to opened tab?

Add link(hyperlink) to opened tab

Hello,Suppose I have opened a given web address in given browser tab(browser is FF but question applies to other browsers too).
Can I make a link in my excel 2013 document to the OPENED tab(not to the web address but to the tab, so when I click the link my tab view is restored)?
Regards,
Stefan
