Apps won't launch in Windows 8.1 [Anwsered]

Apps won't launch in Windows 8.1

Hello,
I have already 0ed Prefetch and Super Prefetch, and I have also uninstalled Acer Updates.
However, if I go from Desktop to startup menu and click on an app, it won't launch.
Could it be due to the amount of files that I have? Or is it something else?
I've already had my computer serviced for a virus a few weeks ago.
I just want to know what else that I can do to launch my apps.
The apps are fine after I restart my computer.
But it's after that I have spent some time on winamp in desktop that is the issue.
What else is there to do?
