Bing Maps 3d install locked my home page

I installed the 3d ad-on for bing maps.
It asked me if I wanted to lock down my home page during the install.
I thought I clicked no but my start up pages is locked.
I can change it through using group policy, but not through internet options.
It says
some settings are managed by your syatem administrator.
I am the system administrator.
I searched through the group and local policy but cannot find where to unlock or disable this setting.

Uninstall Bing maps 3D and try to change the home page.

If it does not work then you might have to reset internet explorer settings and then try to change the home page.
