BSOD after hardware update
Hello,there is blue screen error in my computer..After i was installed a new hardware(sapphire amd ati radeon hd6450 2gb ddr3)..
This is my configuration
intel i3-540 (3.06ghz)

Machine Throttling- Click the Start button.
- In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
- Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
- On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
