hi,

My external HD, Buffalo HD PCTU3 Ministation is not recognised anymore after upgrading my Acer V5 to Windows 8.1.
Can you please help since i need to retrieve really important data from my hard disk? The sad part is that the HD is not recognised on any
other OS as well :(
