The reports run and are correct, but multiple boxes pop up titled End Process and in the box "Out of message loop"

1)       Did you make any changes to the computer before the issue occurred? 
2)       Were you able to run the FRX reports before without any issue?
 
I would suggest you to try to set your computer in
Clean Boot state and check if the same issue occurs.
 
By setting your system in clean boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.

Normal Startup option, and then click OK.

c)       When you are prompted to restart the computer, click

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
